It is the common myth that if you suffer from diabetes, you have to eat special food that is often very expensive. In reality the diet works for the best if the food consists of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, but in right combination.

I think the result of all diet strategy is depend the consistency when working of one diet program. some people have different result from other people eventhough they working on the same diet program

As long as we are taking in the correct nutrients, I don`t see a problem with meal replacements. But surely overweight is a symptom of overeating and if we were able to restrict our food intake - we wouldn`t be overweight in the first place.
Perhaps we should be looking at the reasons we overeat!

I think that food replacement really helps. if you are really dedicated with your goal of losing weight you need to have food battle.

Engaging in a group of people who are dedicated to loss weight can also motivate you to work further. This is really helpful.

Great article! Meal replacements work wonderfully as long as they're not taken for every meal in the day. You certainly need to eat a regular meal every day too. Like the poster also said, you can't offset what you did with the replacements by overeating on your regular meal, or there was no point in using the supplement in the first place.

It seems very important to have an idea of what a good nutrition, eat well, with the correct amounts. I think the best way to tern a balanced diet!

Nice post. I usually have a meal replacement shake first thing in the morning because it's easy to digest.

OK This is all true but there's so much junk available that it's hard to know what is good and what is junk. I believe a healthy way of living can be more satisfying than substituting your meals. It's all in the mind you have to learn to enjoy eating and living healthy. http://themedicalvalley.com

For me, meal replacements have worked well for breakfast, parlicularly slim fast, it helps me get started, and then I have a yoguhrt and a piece of fruit 3 hours later, it does help to control the munchies.
