New Scope for AGRICOLA Database

The U.S. National Agricultural Library has announced a narrower scope for AGRICOLA, its core database of agricultural literature. As stated in a December 21 press release, "The decision to re-scope was necessary because our appropriated resources were not sufficient to keep the AGRICOLA Index current and permit us to increase the number of items indexed." The new policy emphasizes avoiding duplication with other abstracting and indexing services.
