Items of Interest in the November Information Outlook

The November 2008 issue of SLA's Information Outlook [must log in with member ID] magazine has been published, and it includes several items of interest to government and policy information professionals.

SLA member Lisa Zwickey surveys U.S. government websites in her article, "Mining Government Resources for Your Information Needs" on pages 35-38 of the magazine. The article highlights economic, demographic, industry, and safety information.

SLA Treasurer Sylvia James explains "The Global Credit Crunch" on pages 23-26. Her article is part of the global issues focus of the November issue.
