"This document is an overview of the full Fiscal Year 2010 Budget expected to be released this spring," GPO says. The budget overview, A New Era of Responsibility: Renewing America’s Promise, is a 146-page PDF document.

The White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has posted the FY2010 budget at www.whitehouse.gov/omb/budget/, conveniently downloadable chapter-by-chapter as well as all at once. OMB has also posted brief fact sheets for the major executive branch departments and independent agencies.
