Government 2.0 - Best Practices Wiki charts gov 2.0 efforts around the world, so far with a North American emphasis. The wiki's tables list gov 2.0 initiatives from the Canadian Government, United States Government, and International Governments (non-North American). Below the International Governments table, there is a table listing "unofficial" initiatives. Initiatives from all levels of government are listed.
This is a wiki; if you don't see your project listed, you can add it.

The wiki was launched by Canadian social media consultant Mike Kujawski. In his blog posting announcing the wiki launch, Mike explains, "Every workshop or conference I speak at, I am asked the same first question by most public servants: 'Who else is doing this in government?'. I want this wiki to have all the answers and to continually grow as new initiatives arise."
