The White House Office of Science and Technology Policy now has a blog, OSTP Blog. Rick Weiss, OSTP Director of Strategic Communications, calls it "a place where you can learn about and have real input into the policymaking process as it relates to science and technology." He kicks off the process with specific, single-topic postings on aspects of scientific integrity, looking for thoughtful input on OSTP draft recommendations to the president for ensuring scientific integrity in the executive branch.
OSTP provides a Real-World Guide To Using This Blog, including the Terms of Participation. Participants can comment on a posting, comment on a comment, and vote a comment up or down. The blog is available as an RSS feed and can be followed on Twitter.

OSTP is using additional channels for soliciting feedback on the scientific integrity recommendations.
