AURP Describes How Government Can Help Foster Innovation

The Association of University Research Parks (AURP) has released The Power of Place 2.0: The Power of Innovation, a publication that outlines ten steps the federal government can take "quickly" to leverage federal R&D assets for job creation and innovation support.  Needless to say, science/technology research parks would play a prominant role :-) (as well they should, IMO). --nks
