The new and developing Government & Social Media Wiki is designed "to help elected officials and their staffs, the media, and the public at large track which offices use the different forms of Social Media." Private citizen Josh Shpayher created the site. It's not his day job so, as is the wiki way, others can pitch in to edit the lists.
The wiki now has social media tables for the U.S. Senate, House, House Committees, and Governors. Take a look at the table of Governors information to see an example of what's being built. The tables can also be sorted by column to make it easy, for example, to see which governors have a presence on YouTube and which do not.
