Top 10 Most Influencial Web Tools for the 2008 U.S. Elections
Stephen Abram gave this list during a workshop in Rochester, NY yesterday. The list came from a group that tracks this type of stuff (but I didn't get the name written down...maybe Stephen will leave a comment with the source).
Here are the top 10 web tools that will help to influence the 2008 U.S. elections:
Political candidates, their parties, their supporters and their detractors are trying to use every communication methods available to spread their messages. They all are moving beyond traditional media (newspapers, magazines, TV and radio) to use a growing number of Internet and Web 2.0 tools to reach people. They understand the power of these tools. We need to understand and exploit the power of these tools, too.
