Google Webmaster Tools
I may be the last blogger to know about this, but I figured it was worth sharing anyway. After an annoying mishap with my blog last week, I needed to get back on Google's radar. As with so many other things, Google has a service for this, Google Webmaster Tools. This easy-to-use resource allows you to see how often the googlebot crawls your pages and if there are errors with the crawl. You can also submit a sitemap (recommended by Google) in order to index more of your pages. Google Webmaster Tools includes some canned searches that make it quick and easy to see who is linking to you, how many of your pages are indexed, and so on. Sure you can do those searches via Advanced Search but this gives you access to them in one convenient location, in addition to other useful tools.
Google Webmaster Central gives you access to Webmaster Tools as well as many other handy resources. I've played with Google Analytics for a few months but haven't had a chance to try anything else. Readers, what other tools would you recommend for bloggers?
GWT (Google Webmaster Tools) is surely the best way to get indexed very fast.
And, you can also use statcounter.com instead og Google Analytics to track your visitors.
