Remember that the course of the month is free for all SLA members (a member benefit).  The course this months is "Conflict Intervention".

Overview:  In this course you will explore how to intervene when others are in a conflict. You will examine how to assess the climate of a conflict, understand the issues, gather information, neutralize the situation, and define the conflict. You will explore techniques for brokering a win/win situation, gaining commitment from all parties, and following through for complete resolution.
