I just wanted to take a moment now that the SLA Election is open and say thank you to my home chapter for your encouragement and support.
And I don't just mean in the candidacy for SLA Chapter Cabinet Chair-Elect. Since I launched Answer Maven in 2008 the support of my friends and collegaues in SLA and especially SLA Kentucky has been a major contributing factor to my continued success.
I know that I can call on you for support, encouragement and inevitably the professional assistance I need. And I always have been. You, the Kentucky Chapter, have become more than professional associates you are family. Thank you for all that you give me.
