Main St.) and two speaker presentations at the Lexington Public Library's Central Branch (conference room A) on Friday, November 18. Our featured speakers will be Stacey Greenwell and Beth Kraemer from the University of Kentucky.

Program Details:
Be all you can be! Come learn about the strategies and tools that successful professionals use to develop skills and promote themselves online. We will discuss a number of topics ranging from professional development opportunities to marketing yourself using social media. You’re online anyway - make it work for you! The session will be conducted in three parts. First, Stacey will talk about strategies for developing your leadership skills and enhancing your professional image. Next, Beth will introduce a number of free tools you can use to represent yourself online. Finally, we put you to work! Have you seen a librarian blog or profile that is particularly effective? Show it off! It can belong to you or some other librarian you admire.
COST: Members: $10, Non-Members: $15, Students: FREE (Additional $1 service charge will be added to credit card payments.)
