We are pleased to announce that members of the SLA Maryland Chapter may now borrow the 2008 SLA Salary Survey through our chapter. This is the salary survey released by SLA in the Fall of 2008, and presents the latest research findings about compensation in our profession.
The Survey may be borrowed for one week and loan processing is being coordinated by chapter member Kathie Sweeney. Details for placing a loan request and a request form are available on the web page: http://units.sla.org/chapter/cmd/survey08.htm
The opportunity to borrow the survey is a new membership benefit for Maryland Chapter members! It reflects the first of many steps the Chapter Board expects to take towards increasing the value members derive from their chapter membership.
