Minimum Requirements : Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelors degree in Records Management, Business Administration, or demonstrated equivalent; •12+ years of experience in Information Resources including at least 4 years lead experience; •Document management experience in Engineering and Construction industry; •Demonstrated experience delegating, supervising, and evaluating supervisor level work assignments; •Proven ability to effectively lead the Document Management function on large size programs and/or office or region scope;
•Must have a strong understanding of the applicable company policies and procedures, and local, state, and federal regulations; •Experience training developing Document Control/Records Management Department personnel; •Must possess a thorough job knowledge and competency in all aspects of the job including strong proficiencies in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), relational databases, and internet based project collaboration systems; •Well developed verbal and written communication skills; •Ability to meet deadlines; •Proficient interpersonal skills; •Attention to detail; •Working knowledge of MS Office software applications to include: Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook. Preferred Qualifications:
•Masters degree in library or information science;
•Enterprise Content Management (ECM) experience;
•Documentum software experience preferred; •Large project/program experience.
