Description:
The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for oversight of all functions and operations of the Library. The Director will perform all processes for acquisition of print and non-print materials for addition to the Mildred Elley collection, maintain usage and circulation statistics for monthly reporting, SED and ACICS reporting, manage contracts with computer service providers, publishers, subscription agents and book jobbers and collaborate with faculty, management and students to determine library and information needs. This position requires an extremely detail-oriented and organized manager that can handle multiple tasks. He/she must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills. This position interfaces with a diverse population of students and educators.
Requirements:
Interested candidates should have previous library services experience and an MLS or MLS in progress.
Compensation: Varies, based on qualifications and experience.
