The Law Library is housed on three floors of the Seton Hall University School of Law, contains 533 seats for a population over a 1,100 students, and provides wireless internet access throughout the building. The Law Library staff consists of 6 professional librarians and 9 support staff.
Job Description
Reporting to the Deputy Director of the Rodino Law Library, the position of Reference/Electonic Resources Librarian has the following Responsibilities: Reference Librarian responsibilities: 1)Provide reference services; 2)Participate in faculty liaison program; 3) Provide pring and online resource assistance; 4) Create research guides, online tutorials and content for Library web page; 5) Teach legal research classes. Electronic Resource Librarian responsibilities: 1) Coordinate the implementation of access to all electronic resources. 2)Maintain online access to all electronic Resources 3)Develop techniques to educate law school community about the availability of electronic resources; 4)Participate in troubleshooting issues.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to develop and teach an Advanced Legal Research course.

Requirements
MLS from an ALA-accredited institution or its equivalent; JD or experience with Legal information resources; knowlege of print and electronic legal information sources; ability to work effectively with others.
