Job Overview
KPS is a global Shared Service belonging to the SAP Global Field Organization that meets the educational needs of customers, partners, and employees by providing innovative and effective knowledge transfer products and services. As part of the global Learning Management Department of KPS the Virtual Live Learning Services Team provides support during the setup, delivery and publishing of virtual live expert sessions and virtual classroom training. The team is acting globally in close collaboration with the KPS Training Systems team as well as the Media Production and local Learning Management Teams (EMEA, APJ and NA).
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the complete process of Virtual Live Learning Sessions from set-up, execution, follow-up and posting recorded sessions.
- Liaise with and support the internal customers from SAP and SAP vendors to ensure successful Virtual Live Learning Sessions.
- Continuously help to improve the design, development and use of media in SAP's knowledge transfer products.
- Help with Classroom Training needs from set-up, execution and follow-up.
Job Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years; nice to have: in a world-wide environment
- Proficient in a wide variety of high-tech media production tools
- MS Office tool; Adobe tools (Audition, Connect); Knowledge of HTML; Camtasia; editing audio/video
