Description
This position exists to create preference for LexisNexis among students, librarians, and professors in law school accounts. This position is based in a specific location but services law schools in a broader geographic area and involves about 50-75% travel. The assigned law schools will change as the business needs change. Primary job responsibilities include training and product demonstrations, marketing and promotions, and building relationships within assigned accounts.Locations: New York, NY, Washington, DC, Chicago, Ill
Qualifications
1) BS/BA or equivalent, JD preferred 2) 1-3 years of sales, teaching, law firm, or corporate training experience preferred 3) Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to groups 4) Strong organizational skills 5) Intimate understanding of the legal research process and the ability to translate this into LexisNexis products and solutions for customers 6) Outstanding networking skills and a professional demeanor, business maturity and technical knowledge 7) Ability to thrive in a team environment working to accomplish mutual goals 8) Ability to travel on a weekly basis with overnights stays - 50-75% travel monthly
