The Corporate Records Manager is a key role within the organization, working under the direction of the Director of Records Development, and is responsible for managing of all corporate records processes from updating and implementing the retention schedule across all media, creating a Records policy and manual, auditing employee compliance on various levels (corporate, regional and remote), managing, utilizing and updating various file-tracking and DMS applications, recommending, documenting and implementing records systems and procedures.

Responsible for analysis implementation and management of records and information program nationally and internationally.
Responsible for ensuring all contractual operational requirements are met
Knowledge of manual/automated records/imaging management systems and emerging technology
Oversees the smooth processing, sorting, classification and coding of materials for integration into various systems.
Assists in developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans to ensure that the organization has the necessary information to continue functioning in the event of a major disaster.
Makes recommendations that result in cost savings, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and reduced litigation risk.
Provide training and development opportunities, coach and counsel staff
Implements and formulates procedures, rules, records and information management policies and procedures. Identify long and short term records goals and projects.
Manage productivity daily
Ensures all aspects of record keeping adhere to relevant corporate policy
Audit employee compliance multiple levels including corporate, regional and remote locations.
Develops quality control standards on work performed by staff and management
Recommend and implement records system. Document records procedures as required
Responsible for project based data entry for box archiving
Lifting and/or moving of up to 50lbs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCTATION
4 year college degree
Experience in a large scale Records Operations
CDIA+ or CRM Certification is preferred
EXPERIENCE
8-10 years experience managing a Corporate Records Department and experience of Records Information Management
Expert ability to make good decisions based on combination of analysis, experience and professional judgment
Expert in manual/automated records management systems and emerging technology
Exposure to taxonomy/classification/records series creation
Previous experience with Image Silo
Training experience and solid presentation skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
