Inactive electronic records management inventory, identification and migration to QST Electronic Records Management System (ERMS).
Review and identify inactive paper records that can be scanned and uploaded into QMS ERMS.
Assist departments to upload inactive electronic records into QST ERMS.
Also, assist ETS Records Coordinators to develop an inventory of on-site paper records and provide departments a customized records retention schedule sheet that Records Coordinators can share with their immediate colleagues.
Project Objectives: Work with two ETS departments to increase records management compliance.
Assist RM&RP Office to implement defined process maps for ETS departments that was developed to guide departments in making a determination which documents are corporate records for their areas.
Expected Project Results:
Contribute to team in order to increase records management compliance.
Experience and Skills
Proficient with MS Office Tools and MS Outlook.
A self-starter, who can work with a team but often independently with general guidance.
Must have good organizational skills, take the initiative to interpret information and seek guidance for clarification before implementing.
