ROI in Corporate Libraries - Great Library Buzz Session!

This past Tuesday night, November 10th, 2009, SLA hosted a Library Buzz session on ROI in Corporate Libraries. Springer discussed the research they conducted in partnership with Outsell Inc.  The research included 4 libraries / information centers and the results from Sun Microsystems were included in this session - it was a great session and you can review the slides here:  Download Springer-ROIinCorporateLibraries.

George Scotti, Springer Channel Marketing and Account Development, presented and will be providing us with the full whitepaper when it's complete.
