Although the age threshhold for Second Life is 18, The Joy of Music, an original book for children, has been created in Second Life. Reminiscent of Peter and the Woif where musical instruments represent characters and a narrator move the plot along, a Certain Little Boy is sent off to the Land of Music to learn how to experience the Joy of Music. He interacts with different instruments to discover how each instrument interprets the joy in music. He also learns that enjoying music incorporates activites he already enjoys.
