Nominations will be accepted through July 15, 2010. Winner will be announced on August 20, 2010.
Lori Bell of the Alliance Library System has recieved 3 of the 9 nominations so far submitted. She founded the Alliance Virtual Library which was suceeded by the Community Virtual Library in Febuary 2010. Her SL avatar is Loreli Junot.
