When you sign up for the virtual component you now have two options for attending. You can attend "live" when the sessions are being held and it's just been confirmed this afternoon you'll have 30 days following the conference to listen to any of the sessions you weren't able to attend. They'll be posted soon after the actual event and only available to members who register for the virtual component.
So now you have every reason to be part of the conference! Join your colleagues in VirtualU (if you have any experience with Second Life, VirtualU is MUCH easier to use) for conversation (there's instant messaging), listening to the speakers, and seeing their presentations.
