Founded on the belief that diversity is a key competitive advantage, the Inclusion Caucus has formed to partner with SLA units and provide a clearinghouse for the activities and best practices that promote inclusion. Everything we do is affected by the people with whom we work; join us as we learn how to understand and effectively collaborate across the broad spectrum of difference.

In keeping with SLA's definition of diversity, the Inclusion Caucus welcomes members from all backgrounds and encourages discussion of ethnicity, geography, political views, religion, sexual orientation, gender, ability, and age. With the many SLA units already working to represent the unique needs of these groups, the Inclusion Caucus is a partner AND a place in which to highlight all the good work being done throughout the membership.
