New Member Profile: Sheryl Kron Rhodes

Sheryl Kron Rhodes is completing her first semester in the Library & Information Sciences program at SUNY Buffalo. Sherry has a B.S. in geography/French from Penn State and an M.A. in organizational communication from Ohio University.

For the last 15 years, she has worked as an editor, with the last 11 years as a freelance editor (business name: Kronan the Grammarian). However, as editing does not pay the bills, Sherry decided to move to a new career, and it seemed very natural to move to a career as a librarian/ information specialist. At present she is interested in knowledge management and academic libraries. In her free time Sherry enjoys reading, walking outdoors, keeping up on current events, and parenting her 11-year-old daughter.
