The Upstate New York Special Libraries Association proudly presents, “Can’t We All Get Along?  Consensus Building and Conflict Management in the Workplace,” September 24, 2010 at the Standish Meeting Room in the University of Albany’s Science Library. We will be joined by Sue Faerman, Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education at the University at Albany, who will lead a workshop on effective ways to manage conflict in organizations, and Pamela Strausser, Senior Human Resource Consultant in Organizational Development at Cornell University, who will focus on consensus building.  Plus speeding networking and an update from SLA’s Information Ethics Advisory Council!
