Job Description - Medical Librarian

St. Mary’s Hospital in Troy is seeking a per diem Medical Librarian. This day shift position is approximately 15 hours per week. There is flexibility in the scheduling based upon a match of the organization and candidate’s needs.   

In this position, the Medical Librarian will maintain the collection and assist employees with search and retrieval of articles & books. Other responsibilities include participating on the shared governance research council, tracking library usage and working with vendors to ensure services are up-to-date and appropriately provided. While the Librarian mainly works independently, they are part of a larger team of Educators supporting the development of our staff and organization.

Masters degree in Library Science; previous experience a plus but new graduates are encouraged to apply!  Send resume or apply on-line:
