DBIO Wants YOU!

You've no doubt heard that the DBIO division is undertaking a strategic

planning initiative this year, and that we are going to discuss it at

the second board meeting at the SLA annual conference in Seattle on June

18.

How does this affect you?  For those of you who have appreciated

something the division has done and thought "Why don't we do more of

that?" or who think the division is lacking in one way or another, this

is your chance to voice your opinions and actually help the division

improve!

Don't sit on your hands during this discussion.  If you have something

to say, please do one of the following:

1) Attend the division board meeting in Seattle on Wednesday, June 18

from 8:15-9:30

or

2) Participate from afar by calling a toll-free number at the meeting

time (details will be provided later)

or

3) Send your comments about what the division is doing well, aspects

that need work, how well the division communicates with its members, or

anything else you care to say to [email protected] (If you would like

your comments to remain anonymous, just indicate that in your email

message).
