The SLA Annual Conference takes place in New Orleans June 13-16. The Competitive Intelligence Division is pleased to offer members three ways they can use the The Intel blog to enrich their experience and facilitate participation. If you would like to participate on the blog during the conference, you may choose from the following options:
- Live Blogging as a Guest Author: If you would like to be a live conference blogger during the conference, send an email to [email protected]. After confirming your SLA membership, you will receive an email invitation to participate as a guest author. Once you accept the invitation, you will be able to submit posts directly to the blog in real-time. Guest authors are asked to function as reporters in the field, and will be expected to submit frequent updates.
- Live Commenting: The blog editor will submit a post of the day. You may reply to the post with a comment including your perspective on sessions and events.
- Delayed Blogging: Email your write-ups of conference events to [email protected]. The blog editor will review submissions regularly and post them as soon as possible.
Note: Anonymous posts and comments will not be permitted.
