David Bigwood

The thing to do is be more afraid of being useless or incompotent more than being afraid to change. With that attitude we can then control our reaction to change and move in a positive direction.

Loved the article and heard a panel of four last evening in a DC/SLA program on Second Life that was also very good. When I did research in KM in 1999-2000 part of my results was to write scenarios about the future work environments based on some of the people/types/workers from my focus groups. This new venture into the virtual world with SL is that environment, although not as developed yet as my scenarios expressed for 10 years out (2010). I find this exciting, confusing, and a little bit scary and I like those contradictions.
Thanks, Wilda
