With recent discussion of "Information Science" and "Library Science" as labels for our profession and field of study, a discussion of the two, and where they meet, should be quite interesting.
Paul Kantor, Professor II of Library and Information Science, will present a lecture, "ISLE: Information Science Meets Library Education, Some Possible Futures," at noon Monday, Feb. 16 at Rutgers University's SCILS building in New Brunswick. More about the lecture is on the SCILS Web site.
