Snapshot Day is only ten days away – February 19, 2009
What would New Jersey be like if there were no libraries? What valuable services do we provide on a daily basis that simply go unrecognized and unappreciated? The New Jersey State Library and the New Jersey Library Association need your help. We're taking a snapshot of a typical day in the life of New Jersey’s libraries.
Here’s what you can do to be ready to help us show our impact.
Go to the Snapshot Day wiki:
- Print out a copy of the survey to keep at your desk.
- Print out a copy of the photo release form
- Review the original announcement
We need participation from ALL library types – academic, school, special, public, large, small, and in-between.
The bigger our numbers, the greater our impact.
If your library will be closed on February 19, 2009, just pick an alternate date to make your count.
Flickr information will be posted soon.
Save the Date: February 19, 2009. We’ll make your participation easy!
So save the date and plan to be a part of ……Snapshot: One Day in the Life of New Jersey Libraries.
