ABOUT JOANNE LUSTIG
Joanne initiated and led the reinvention of a mid-size pharma information center, taking it from a place-based, traditional library to a successful entrepreneurial, client-driven in-house consultancy. She then switched gears and served as VP and Lead Analyst at Outsell, Inc. where she researched and wrote about trends and issues driving the evolution of the library and publishing industries and advised librarians and information managers on strategic and tactical challenges they face in managing and planning all aspects of information services. Most recently, Joanne has embarked on a new venture as Head of Library Services at Mathematica Policy Research where she is charged with building a 21st century library.
