You are invited to join the SLA New York Chapter for a networking
reception and presentation by guest speaker, Dr. Mona Lau, Global Head of
Diversity and Global Head of Campus Recruiting for UBS Financial Services. The focus of the program will be on how sustaining
corporate diversity initiatives in good times is different from sustaining them
in tough times. Dr. Lau, an expert on changing corporate culture,
will share her perspective on how diversity can help companies better
connect with clients in these tough times, enhance employee engagement and
improve employee productivity and creativity.
There will be time at the end for questions on seeking jobs in the current economic downturn and on diversity in the
workplace.
