Library Director

Town of Kearny, Full time provisional position. Under direction, manages and directs the operations of a free public Library. REQUIREMENTS: Graduation from an accredited college or univ with a Master's degree in Library or Information Science. 5 yrs of library exp including work in the service, circulation and reference areas, 2 yrs of which shall have been in a supervisory capacity. Appointees must possess a valid license as a Professional Librarian issued by the Bureau of Teacher Certification, NJ Dept of Education and a valid NJ drivers license.
