Creating a Knowledge Sharing Culture: How to Thrive on Change with Patricia Currie
This program introduces the requirements for success and the tools for facilitating collaboration. It focuses on how the information center can take a leadership role to encourage knowledge sharing behavior by modeling best practices, creating organizational taxonomies, and positioning the information center as the educator and connector.
Speaker
Pat Currie started with Dialog in May 1994 and has been a Quantum Coach since the program was reactivated in 2001. Pat earned an MLS from Kent State University, Kent OH. Prior to joining Dialog she worked in corporate libraries in such industries as energy (Columbia Gas System), manufacturing (ABB) and consulting (PriceWaterhouse).
She lives in the Cincinnati area and is an avid skier, golfer and horsewoman.
