Opportunity to Assist with Program Planning

I am happy to announce the formation of an SLA San Diego Chapter Program Committee.  Carla Hernandez at Pfizer has agreed to chair the 2010 Program Committee.  Carla and the rest of the committee will work under the guidance of the Chapter President Elect to develop and implement program ideas for 2010.

Committee Members will have the opportunity to work with experienced leaders in event planning, speaker recruitment, venue arrangements, and promotion.

Excellent programming is one of the greatest benefits that San Diego Chapter members receive from their SLA membership.  Volunteering for this initiative will help you expand your professional network, gain useful professional skills, and influence chapter programming all at once.
